We explore the realms of #ai in #medicaldiagnostics and #medicine in this episode of #CaskAndConvos. Our guest Dr Rahil Garnavi is a pioneer in Medical imaging with over 50 #patents, and authored numerous research papers in #imageanalytics, presented in conferences, and published in peer-reviewed journals. She also holds several patents. Her research interests involve medical image analytics, #machinelearning, and #cognitivecomputing. She completed her Ph.D. degree in 2011 at the University of Melbourne, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, developing a computer-aided diagnostic system for melanoma. She currently serves as the Director of #RAISE hub at ‪@rmit‬
