People Engagement Proposal
Thank you for sharing the challenges you’ve faced with employee engagement at DotInfinity. We understand that with your team spread across various locations and leadership based in London, it’s been difficult to maintain morale and motivation at their highest to drive the best outcomes.
As CoinJar, you’ve already implemented some interventions and are waiting to assess their impact, which makes sense. At DotInfinity, our approach is to offer nonintrusive solutions that seamlessly integrate with your existing initiatives. Our goal is to keep your teams focused on their best work while ensuring they feel genuinely involved in any decisions that affect them—without the anxiety or fear of future repercussions for speaking up.
With this in mind, we have put together a proposal to maximise your team's strengths, find a way to collaboratively assess what is the best way for leadership and the team to work together, and eventually improve engagement and productivity in a way that leadership can measure and quantify its impact. We hope - you shall find this proposal aligned to what you want to achieve for your team.

For getting the best out of any team while making them feel nurtured and heard, DotInfinity looks at their productivity from 3 lenses.
Individual Strengths
An individual's strengths are their greatest assets within a team. These strengths define their natural abilities and contributions. These are the qualities they can rely on to make a meaningful impact within the organisation. An individual’s top strengths will likely reflect their true value to the team.
However, there may also be ‘blind spots’—strengths that have been overused to the point where they hinder personal growth.
The highest levels of success are achieved when individuals focus on honing what they naturally excel at rather than trying to be moderately good at everything. By refining their strengths, they contribute most effectively to both their personal development and the team's success.
WHAT WE DO:
ELEMENTS KIT WORKSHOP: DotInfinity along with their strategic partners, the Elements Kit team shall conduct the Elements kit workshop as a full day activity or an activity that’s split across 2 days.
This workshop will aim to maximise the creative potential of leaders and the team and leverage their best attributes within the work environment. Participants will learn how to align their collective strengths and passions to define and achieve shared team goals.
Unlike traditional personality assessments such as Myers-Briggs or Clifton Strengths, which categorise individuals into 'types,' this workshop goes beyond labels. It shall help the team discover and fully utilise their unique and invaluable creative identities, fostering a more cohesive and innovative team dynamic.
OUTCOME EXPECTED:
Higher Engagement and motivation among individual members of the team and a better understanding of collective team strength and how the team can capitalise on their core strengths. This is an effective exercise to motivate disengaged and dissenting team members as it builds higher empathy within the team.
Craft Skills
Craft skills are the technical competencies that form the backbone of any professional discipline. In the fast-paced world of crypto, these skills are crucial for individuals within a team to effectively contribute to their specific roles and responsibilities.
By having an honest and realistic overview of an individual’s craft competencies and setting the right expectations for their development, a significant amount of angst can be avoided and healthier team dynamics be maintained. This is especially beneficial for people leaders and senior leadership of the team as they often are tasked with the expectation management of skilled individuals who may have an inflated (or reduced) perception of the skills they bring to the table.
WHAT WE DO:
SKILL ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK: DotInfinity will consult with the leadership and people leaders on the team to assess the current skills required in the organisation and the gaps. We shall then provide a skill assessment framework that shall enable people to self-assess their current skill gaps with support from their people leaders and be able to form a comprehensive development plan that supports them to self-drive their skill development based on where they aspire to be in the next 12 months.
OUTCOME EXPECTED:
Clear development goals and expectations for team members without people leaders having to deal with conflict during expectation setting. The framework shall provide a means for continued constructive dialogue between team and the leaders. Senior leadership shall have an accurate overview of team capabilities.
Cultural Dynamics
Cultural dynamics are the underlying forces that shape how teams operate and interact within an organisation. These dynamics influence communication, collaboration, and decision-making, ultimately defining the team’s ability to work together effectively.
For senior leadership, understanding and actively shaping cultural dynamics is crucial for creating a unified and motivated workforce. Strong cultural dynamics foster trust, innovation, and adaptability, enabling leadership to align teams with the organisation’s vision and strategic goals. When senior leaders cultivate a positive, inclusive culture, they not only enhance team morale but also create an environment where individuals feel empowered to contribute their best work—driving better results and long-term success for the entire organisation.
WHAT WE DO:
MEASURING DYNAMICS: Using our workplace insights tool ELWIS© crafted by organisational psychologists and housing some of the most innovative human experience frameworks, we shall provide impactful insights about digital and physical experiences that together constitute the culture at CoinJar. This tool shall measure and benchmark the people’s experience and underlying culture, creating a 360-degree view of your enterprise experience and offering a world-class real-time organisational network analysis.
OUTCOME EXPECTED:
The tool differentiates itself from others by its capability to analyse cultural setups and their implications for organisational strategy. It will provide relevant and measurable insights on what interventions you can make at CoinJar to promote healthier cultural dynamics.
